Delhi High Court Dismisses PIL Seeking EC Probe on Rajeev Chandrasekhar MP's Election Affidavit - 28.05.2019

Delhi High Court has rejected a PIL seeking direction to Election Commission to investigate into the affidavit filed by the Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament, Rajeev Chandrasekhar, member of parliament and businessman.
