Allahabad High Court Asks Agra University to Pay Rs 1 Lakh to Student Wrongly Failed - 24.05.2019

Allahabad High Court has awarded Rs 1 lakh compensation to a student of Agra University who was declared failed at first instance due to negligence of examiner but later when his copies were re-evaluated following direction of this court, he was declared passed.
