Govt Deliberately Misled Court in Rafale Case, Review Petitioners Inform SC - 22.05.2019

The apex court, in a verdict last year, had said there was no occasion to doubt the decision-making process in the procurement of 36 Rafale fighter jets and dismissed the petitions seeking an investigation into alleged irregularities in the Rs 58,000-crore deal.
