Supreme Court: Accused Cannot be Indefinitely Kept in Jail for his Inability to Produce Regd Surety - 21.05.2019

Supreme Court has observed that an Accused cannot be indefinitely kept in jail for his inability to produce registered surety for reasons beyond his control.
