CESTAT:Free – Distribution of Toothbrushes in Combo Pack Does Not Attract Excise Duty - 17.05.2019

Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) has observed that no excise duty can be levied on the free-distribution of toothbrushes in the combo pack under the Central Excise Act, 1944.
