ITAT: TDS Not Applicable on Sale of Property if Consideration of Co-owners Does Not Exceed Rs. 50L - 16.05.2019

ITAT Jodhpur has held that the provisions of TDS would not be applicable on the sale of property if the sale consideration do not exceed Rs. 50 lakhs.
