Supreme Court: Termination of Arbitration Proceedings Cannot Be Recalled - 16.05.2019

Supreme Court has noted that the termination of Arbitration proceedings by the Arbitrator under Section 32(2) (c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 cannot be recalled.
