Bombay HC Directs DGP To Set Up SIT To Conduct A Fresh Investigation In Alleged Fake Encounter Case - 15.05.2019

Bombay High Court has directed the DG of Police, Maharashtra to set up a SIT in order to conduct a fresh probe into the death of one Sham Athwale who suffered from 40% disability and was killed in an alleged fake encounter.
