Oral hearing in New Shipper Review investigation with regard to anti-dumping duty concerning imports of "Saturated Fatty Alcohols" originated/exported from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand & Saudi Arabia

With reference to the subject stated above, I am directed to inform you that in accordance with rule 6(6) of the Customs Tariff (Identification. Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Damped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 Oral hearing under the Chairmanship of Shri Sunil Kumar, IAS, Additional Secretary & Director General is rescheduled on 21st May, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the DGTR Conference Room, Jeevan Tara Building, 4th floor, 5, Parliament Street, New Delhi - 110001 due to representation received from the exporters.

2. Kindly intimate your interest in the hearing and name(s) and address(es) of the person(s) who are likely to attend the hearing on your behalf. No person other than those representing the interested party shall be allowed to attend the hearing. You will be required to submit two copies of the written submissions of the views expressed at the hearing within a time schedule to be indicated on the date of the hearing.
