Supreme Court Bars Lawyer Convicted For Criminal Contempt From Entering Allahabad District Court - 13.05.2019

Supreme Court observed while upholding the Allahabad High Court order convicting an Advocate for criminal contempt for misbehaving and assaulting a Chief Judicial Magistrate that Judges are not fearful saints, but have to be fearless preachers.
