SC Grants No Relief to State on Maratha Quota for Med PG Seats - 10.05.2019

Supreme Court has upheld an order of Nagpur bench of Bombay HC by which provisions of Maratha Reservations were made inapplicable to admissions for 2019-2020 to Post Graduate medical and dental college admissions .
