Apex Court Dismisses Plea Questioning Rahul Gandhi’s Citizenship - 09.05.2019

Apex Court has dismissed a plea seeking to direct the Election Commission to debar Congress president Rahul Gandhi from contesting the Lok Sabha election after he had “voluntarily acquired British nationality.”
