Guidelines for handling and storage of valuable goods seized by Department

MANU/CUST/0060/2015

Due to the recent increase in loss and theft of high value goods from Department godowns, guidelines reiterating the manner in which confiscated goods are to be handled by the Department have been released. The guidelines prescribe the procedure by which such goods are to be handled and security devices that must be used to safeguard the same.
