Delhi HC Orders J&J to Make Interim Payments to Four Patients - 03.05.2019

Delhi High Court has directed Johnson & Johnson to make an interim payment of Rs. 25 lakh each to four patients, after verifying that they had undergone revision surgeries on receiving faulty hip implants made by the company.
