SC Imposess Costs on Litigant for Incorrect English Translation of Rajasthan HC Judgment in Hindi - 03.05.2019

Supreme Court has slapped cost of Rs. 25,000 on a litigant for filing incorrect translation of a Rajasthan High Court judgment impugned in Special Leave Petition filed by him.
