SC Sets Aside Government Order to Merge NSEL With 63 Moons Technologies - 30.04.2019

Supreme Court has set aside the Union Government’s decision to merge National Spot Exchange Ltd (NSEL) with Financial Technologies India Ltd (FTIL), now 63 Moon Technologies Ltd and observed that the proposed merger did not satisfy the criteria of public interest.
