NCLT Orders Liquidation of ABG Shipyard - 29.04.2019

National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered liquidation of ABG Shipyard despite protests from sole bidder Liberty House that claimed its offer for the company exceeded its liquidation value.
