Non Disclosure of Pre-Existing Illness in MediClaim Proposal Form Valid Ground for Repudiation: SC - 26.04.2019

Supreme Court has allowed an appeal filed by Life Insurance Corporation of India holding that the failure of the insured to disclose the past history of cardiovascular disease was a valid ground for repudiation.
