Gujarat HC Upholds Demotion Orders of 515 Forest Department Employees - 07.12.2015

Gujarat HC has upheld change in promotion rules in forest department by making it mandatory to clear departmental exams for beat guards, and ordered to revert 515 employees to their original posts, who were promoted from the posts of beat guard to foresters.
