Fee for RTI Application shall be Sought as per RTI Rules Only: SC - 24.04.2019

Supreme Court has held that if a person seeks information under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, then payment has to be sought under the Right to Information (Regulation of Fees and Cost) Rules, 2005 only.
