Punjab and Haryana HC: Neutral Authority Should Watch Rehab Centres - 07.12.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has asked Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh to explore if they were ready to appoint separate authority for independent monitoring of their de-addiction and rehabilitations centres. Multiple layers of officials in managing such affairs causes huge delay in releasing grants.
