If Exclusion Terms of Policy Not Told to Insured, Insurer can’t Repudiate Claim on its Basis: SC - 22.04.2019

Supreme Court has held that if the terms of exclusion of policy are not communicated to the insured, the insurer cannot rely on them to repudiate a claim.
