Driving in High Speed in Busy Road can be Said to be Rash & Negligent Driving: Bombay HC - 22.04.2019

Bombay High Court has observed that when a person drives his vehicle in a very high speed, in spite of knowing fact that it is thickly populated and very busy road, it will be one of shade of driving vehicle in rash and negligent manner.
