Delhi HC asks BCD to Consider Rouse Avenue Bar Associates as a Bar Association - 18.04.2019

Delhi High Court has directed Bar Council of Delhi (BCD) to consider application filed by Rouse Avenue Bar Associates seeking recognition as a bar association in terms of Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 2001.
