Madras HC Refuses to Lift Ban on TikTok Download, Appoints Independent Counsel to Examine Case - 17.04.2019

Madras High Court has refused to lift ban against Chinese social media app, Tik Tok and directed to appoint senior advocate Arvind Datar as an independent counsel in the case to examine implications of app.
