Delhi HC Asks CBDT to Consider No Tax on Accident Claims - 17.04.2019

Delhi High Court has asked Central Board of Direct Taxation (CBDT) to consider tweaking practice of claiming tax on interest accrued upon compensation awarded to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal.
