Receipt from Patients Shared with Consulting Doctors in Fixed Ratio Subject to TDS: Bombay HC - 17.04.2019

Bombay High Court has held that sharing of receipts received from patients with consultant doctors in fixed ratio was liable for Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) under Section 194J of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as same would constitute professional fees.
