Delhi High Court Denies to Hear Petition in Surplus Spectrum Case - 12.08.2015

Delhi High Court has denied to hear petition of two Telecom Firms, listed in a charge sheet in 2002 Additional Spectrum Allocation Case, which have challenged special 2G court's jurisdiction to deal with matter.
