Staff of Private Aided Schools can’t be Appointed for Election Duty: Bombay HC - 16.04.2019

Bombay High Court has held that People's Representation Act, 1950, does not empower Election Commission (EC) or any of its officers to requisition services of teaching and non-teaching staff in private aided schools for election duty.
