No Coercive Action in Mayapuri Scrap Market: Delhi HC - 16.04.2019

Delhi High Court has directed that no coercive action should be taken till April 26 against those who fail to pay a fine of Rs. 1 lakh levied by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) as environmental damage compensation.
