Regularisation Obtained by Misrepresenting Facts can't be Sustained: SC - 16.04.2019

Supreme Court has held in a case that appointment of Chowkidar on regular basis was invalid and also observed that an order of regularisation obtained by misrepresenting facts, or by playing a fraud upon the competent authority, cannot be sustained.
