Bombay HC Allows Quashing of Rape Case - 15.04.2019

Bombay High Court has allowed quashing of an FIR under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with rape, after the complainant submitted that she wanted to move on in life and her physical relationship was consensual.
