Madras HC Says Certificate Issued by VAO, Along with Other Supporting Docs is Enough to Get Pension - 04.12.2015

Madras HC while allowing petition filed by 2nd wife of a Govt.engineer who died in 2012, has said that certificate issued by a Village Administrative Officer(VAO) to prove that he married only after death of his 1st wife coupled with other supporting documents are sufficient to get pension.
