Bombay High Court Summons NMC Chief, Commissioner of Police over Allowing Pandals - 04.12.2015

Bombay High Court has summoned Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) Chief and Commissioner of Police to give explanation of why they permitted illegal pandals, welcome arches/gates, and dais on roads, despite its specific orders against them over six years ago.
