Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Challenging House Session - 10.04.2019

Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea challenging legality of a two-day winter session of Delhi Legislative Assembly held on January 17-18, 2017 on the grounds that session commenced without an opening address by the lieutenant-governor (L-G).
