ITAT Deletes Addition Against Tata Sons Assessing Rs. 759 Crore as Income - 09.04.2019

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai bench has quashed an order assessing Rs. 759 crore as income in hands of Tata Sons as due provisions were not followed as regards jurisdiction over the assessment and transfer of the case.
