Punjab and Haryana HC Rejects Plea for CBI Investigation in Orbit Bus Case - 04.12.2015

Punjab and Haryana HC has turned down plea for CBI investigation in case where a 13-year-old girl died on being allegedly thrown off a bus owned by Orbit Aviation, stating that need for CBI probe was not being felt as commission had already initiated inquiry.
