Delhi HC Put Stay on Transfer of IPR Cases to Lower Courts - 04.12.2015

Delhi High Court has decided not to transfer out any pending intellectual property rights cases to lower courts irrespective of their pecuniary value as of now, instead await further clarity in law which is expected to come in January.
