Holding Period of House Starts from Date of Allotment, Not Registration: ITAT - 08.04.2019

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai bench has held that date of allotment of a house shall be treated as the date of acquisition and holding period will be counted from date of allotment and not from the date of registration.
