Supreme Court: Wife’s Treatment First, Then Divorce - 03.12.2015

Supreme Court has held that divorce cannot be granted to a couple even under mutual consent if the wife is terminally ill, observing that a Hindu wife considers her husband as God who must stand by her in difficult times.
