Commissioner of Customs can Recover Movable and Immovable Properties of Defaulters: CESTAT - 05.04.2019

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai bench has held that Commissioner of Customs has the power to recover both movable and immovable properties of the defaulters.
