Thane Court Issues Summons to Rahul Gandhi and Sitaram Yechury over Anti-RSS Remarks - 03.04.2019

The civil defamation case, seeking a token compensation of Rs 1 from the two leaders, was filed by RSS activist Vivek Champanerkar who has claimed the duo "defamed" the RSS by linking it to the killing of journalist Gauri Lankesh.
