SC Stays EC's Notification for Bypoll in Gujarat's Talala Assembly seat - 02.04.2019

Supreme Court has stayed a notification issued by Election Commission of India declaring Gujarat’s Talala Assembly constituency seat as vacant and announcing the bypoll there along with the Lok Sabha elections.
