Madras HC: Banks Cannot Attach Savings Account Opened for Depositing Pension to Recover Loan - 03.12.2015

Madras High Court has held that Savings Bank Account maintained primarily for purpose of depositing monthly pension amount could not be attached by a bank just because account holder had defaulted repayment of a loan availed from the same bank.
