Madras HC Devises EMI Scheme to Settle Retirement Dues of Retired TNSTC Employees - 03.12.2015

Madras High Court has devised an Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) scheme to dispose of numerous writ petitions filed by retired Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) employees seeking a direction to settle their terminal benefits without citing financial crunch.
