FIR Delay May be Condoned if Complainant Appears to be Reliable and Without Motive: SC - 02.04.2019

Supreme Court has reiterated that the delay in lodging FIR can be condoned if the complainant appears to be reliable and without any motive for implicating the accused falsely.
