Bombay HC Irks Over Railways for Not Educating Passenger and for Uncomfortable Journeys - 03.12.2015

Bombay HC has expressing serious displeasure over online video of a person falling off a train on Central Railway and said, "Nobody offered him (deceased) a supporting hand. When will you educate commuters and create awareness among them about the effects of boarding an overcrowded train?"
