DIRECT TAXATION - Nirav Modi Case: Who Owns 68 paintings, Asks Bombay HC to I-T Department - 29.03.2019

Bombay High Court has directed Income Tax (I-T) Department to submit information on ownership of 68 paintings belonging to diamantaire Nirav Modi’s firm, Camolet Enterprises Private Limited, 55 of which were sold for Rs 54.84 crore at an auction.
