CIVIL - Set Up Board and Study Mental Health of Abortion-Seeker: Bombay HC - 29.03.2019

Bombay High Court has directed dean of state-run JJ Group of Hospitals to set up a medical board to study mental health of a 20-year-old student after she sought a judicial nod to terminate her almost 23-week pregnancy.
