CIVIL - Bombay HC to Hospital: Set-up Board for Study Mental Health of Abortion Seeker - 28.03.2019

Bombay High Court has directed the dean of the JJ Group of Hospitals to set up a medical board to study the mental health of 20 years old student after she sought a judicial nod to terminate her almost 23-week pregnancy.
